How Mesón Mundillo handles the personal data of people who contact or book through its website.

What data is processed and why
The booking form sends nothing to any server of ours: when you press “Send”, your browser opens WhatsApp or your email app with the message already written, and you send it. The data you include (name, phone, email, date, time, party size, comment) reaches the restaurant through that channel and is used solely to manage your booking or answer your enquiry.
This site creates no user accounts, sends no newsletters and does no profiling.
Legal basis
The legal basis is the pre-contractual relationship you request (the booking) and, for enquiries, your consent when sending the message (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
Retention
Messages are kept as long as needed to handle the booking or enquiry, and thereafter for any period required by law.
Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties. If you contact us via WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. under its own terms. If you load the map, Google Ireland Ltd. receives your IP address.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to mesonmundillo1989@gmail.com. If you believe they have not been honoured, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
